Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
Primary role:
- Responsible for timely analysis and correction of traffic rejects in the surrounding systems.
- Candidate should initiate corrections by coordinating with various groups within the client and monitors resolution and re-processing of rejected data records.
- Prepares weekly and monthly reports on operations performance.
Function is critical for revenue assurance and quality control activities which includes but not limited to analysis of traffic rejects and data input incident-resolution in systems. In order to mitigate revenue leakage control process and analysis is part of operations. Staff assign is responsible for the analysis and correction in order to timely bill customers and prevent future rejected transactions.
Minimum Qualifications
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
- Must have IT or Telecom experience
- Knowledgeable in SQL
- Knowledgeable in Microsoft applications and google applications
