Job Description
The HR Business Partner (HRBP) is responsible for aligning company & business process objectives with employees and management in the business units. In addition, he/she will design, lead, and implement programs that align the HR strategy to the business process and global outsourcing strategy in order to positively impact business performance.
As a consultant, The HRBP is an administrative expert who provides advisory services to business leadership on human resources-related issues. He/she will also act as an employee champion and change agent.The HRBP proactively assesses and anticipates HR-related needs. Establishes a healthy communication within the HR department and business leadership, the business partner seeks to develop integrated solutions to business process problems and create positive impact. He/she will also perform a wide range of HR activities including but not limited to labor & employee relations management, talent management, compensation & benefits administration, workforce planning/talent acquisition,organizational design, and performance management.The HRBP will be driving cross-functional initiatives that involve stakeholders across the organization and is expected to play a key role in bench marking best practices and leveraging relationships.The HRBP maintains an effective level of business literacy about the business process’s operations, financial position, business agenda/goals, its culture and its competition.
The Human Resources Business Partner – Executive covers a multi-faceted HR delivery to support Business Process, its leadership and employees. He/She is empowered to recommend and coordinate on specific low-to-medium HR-related matters affecting overall general employee experience and business process.
Minimum Qualifications
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, Human Resource Management, Psychology, or equivalent.
- At least 3-5 year(s) of working experience in an HR Generalist role.
- Proven track record on all facets of HR.
- Highly independent, organized and self-driven.
- Willing to go under 3-6 months engagement.
- Willing to be assigned in Mandaluyong/Taguig.
