Job Description
Network
- Perform basic network troubleshooting such as ping test, patch cable, and LAN Card checking.
- Assist installation and testing of network equipment
- Assist in testing of deployed network connectivity and policies
- Perform network asset management on respective site including preventive maintenance of network component inventory and related documentations.
Server
- Perform server housekeeping and maintenance activities (service reports)
- Perform basic server functions like folder permission, services reboot, and server application management
Desktop and IT Peripheral
- Perform desktop and peripheral inventory report and monitoring
- Troubleshoot Desktop and Peripheral issues via Remote or physical interaction
Telephony
- Create, monitor and modify directory number and display
- Perform and assist PABX or Phone system housekeeping and maintenance activities (service reports)
Security
- Ensure security server update and monitoring
- Assist testing of deployed security policies on firewall and access points
- Assist mitigation of units with detected attacks thru AV scan or unit to reformat
Minimum Qualifications
- Must be a graduate of any 4 year or 5 year course (preferred IT allied courses)
- Atleast 1 year experience as a IT Technical Support
- Good Communication and Technical Skills
- Knowledgeable in configuring PABX / ShoreTel
- Willing to work in Makati
