Job Description
- Assists and supports the Solutions Designer (SD) in monitoring and delivering the project.
- Coordinates, follows up, and ensures that the project team complies with ISG Processes
- Participates in Schedule Management, Risk Management and Issue Management
- Collects information to track the project progress together with the SD
- Creates the Weekly Project Status Report with inputs from the SD
- Coordinates technical meetings by reserving a meeting room, documenting and releasing minutes of the meeting and action items for technical teams.
- Sending timesheet reminders to the project team.
- Complete the project close-out report with inputs from the SD
Minimum Qualifications
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , IT or Computer Science
- Required skill(s): background in network, 1-2 yrs experience in telco or telco vendor, Good coordination and presentation skills.
- At least 2 years of work experience preferably in IT, and project implementation and support, application or web design and development
- Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employees specializing in IT
- 4 regular position(s) available.
- IT Project management specialist skills
- Must have good organization and planning skills
- Excellent written and oral communication
- An eye for details
- Microsoft Project and Microsoft Excel
- Knowledgeable in Software Delivery Life Cycle
