Job Description
- To Supervise and look after the day to day construction operations assigned.
- Able to check and review all Drawings elements of all concrete Structures
- Know how to evaluate total concrete volume consume during Site Pouring with Specific concrete decision-making skills and strong communication skills
- Well organized skill
- Patience and has the ability to deal with people/workers.
- Strong analytical and planning skills;
Minimum Qualifications
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s/Degree, Professional License (Passed Board/Bar/Professional License Exam) in Engineering (Civil), Architecture or equivalent.
- At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employee specialized in Engineering – Civil/Construction/Structural.
- Experience with PROJECT MANAGEMENT exposure in STRUCTURAL is an advantage
- Knowledge in MS Outlook, MS Office, MS Project, and AutoCAD
- Advantage Knowledge of Concrete Design Strength for Beams, Columns, Slab, and other Structural Elements.
- Project management skills.
- Has the ability to work within budget and deadline.
- Good communication and presentation skills;
- Excellent problem-solving skills;
