Job Description

  • The first point of human contact for potential customers on our website by answering emails, phone calls, and online live chat for potential customers.
  • Proactively manage, communicate professionally, and respond to customer questions/ issues within Service Level Agreement timeline.
  • Come up with strategic ways to communicate effectively with different types of customers, especially the frustrated ones.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Preferably with at least 1 year BPO experience but newbies are also welcome to apply
  • Able to handle both CSR/TSR and email/chat LOB is a huge plus
  • Preferably a College Graduate but High School graduates are welcome to apply also
  • Good to excellent English communication skills (Oral and written)
  • Willing to work on night shift, shifting schedule, weekends, and holidays
  • Able to support customers in all means of communications (chat, email, calls).
  • Should be able to provide empathy statement that will tailor fit the concerns of the merchants/clients and includes reassurance statement (Customer Service, Technical Support)
  • Willing to work onsite
