Job Description
- Oversee the Regulatory compliance.
- Provide legal opinion and solution towards the legal issues arise.
- Manage the schedule of Company's Licences.
- Involve in development projects that require legal expertise.
- Drafting and Finalizing Agreement either with Third Party or business partner.
- Drafting and Finalizing Company's Legal Documents, Contracts, Procedures and Compliance.
- Manage Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (RUPS)
- Manage Legal Documentation
Minimum Qualifications
- Obtained Bachelor Degree in Law from reputable university.
- Min. 4 years combined working experience in Legal Department in Financial Institution and Law Firm.
- Understand and familiar with Financial Regulation and OJK Policy.
- Fluent in English, verbal and written.
- Has good interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Has problem solver character and spirit.
- Highly motivated and focus on details.
