Mempersiapkan perangkat IT/ device agar siap dipakai user

Memenuhi perbaikan Perangkat IT/ device agar siap dipakai user

Menyelesaikan tiket IT Support sesuai prosedur kerja yang berlaku

Menyediakan diagnosa kendala dan troubleshooting perangkat IT/ device
-
Melaksanakan kunjungan dalam rangka maintenance atau perbaikan perangkat IT/ device user sesuai prosedur kerja yang berlaku
Minimum Qualifications
- SMK/ D3/ S1 di bidang komputer atau terkait
- Min. 2 tahun diposisi yang mirip
- Memiliki pemahaman dasar tentang Quality Control pada perangkat IT
- Menguasai perbaikan hardware dan software laptop (HP, Lenovo, Macbook, Dell), smartphone (android, iOS), printer dan jaringan
- Menguasai instalasi OS Windows, Linux dan MacOS
- Menguasai perbaikan dan upgrade hardware dan software laptop dan komputer
- Terbiasa melakukan pembongkaran dan pemasangan parts laptop/ komputer
- Siap bergabung secepatnya dan full work from office di Jakarta
