Job Description

  • Management and user support of our Salesforce CRM system, PractiFI
  • Strategically perform CRM Security, User Management and Data Backups
  • Evaluate and manage user expectations in regard to CRM functionalities and availability inconsistent and controlled manner
  • Responsible for configuration and customization of Salesforce CRM system
  • Provide training on systems, processes, and administration across teams
  • Document processes, policies, business controls, and system requirements
  • Manage the control of fund data between the administrator and the trustee and undertake data integrity checks
  • Document and track of faults, bugs and change requests and ensuring their timely resolution
  • Manage the provision of data management services from 3rd parties into the CRM system

Minimum Qualifications

  • Extensive knowledge and experience (5-7 years) working with Salesforce
  • Proven experience of Integrating Salesforce with other systems such as marketing automation systems, SMS gateway, etc
  • Proven experience of Salesforce process automation
  • Proven experience of using Salesforce reporting functionalities
  • Experience using Conga Composer
  • Proven experience with designing ETL processes to load data from multiple sources into Salesforce
  • Experience with marketing automation systems such as Marketo desirable
  • Strong experience participating in significant business systems change and implementation, ideally within a customer focused and commercial outcomes environment
  • Understanding of systems architecture design principles
  • Exposure to and understanding of end-to-end business functions and interface issues
  • Advance Microsoft Office experience including MS Excel
