Job Description
- Overall in charge of the set-up department;
- Plan and organise production and project schedules;
- Assess project and resources requirements;
- Attend client and management meetings;
- Estimate, negotiate, and agree budgets and timescales with clients and management;
- Determine qulaity control standards;
- Oversee production process;
- Renegotiate timescales or schedules or schedules as necessary;
- Submit requests for budget and materials on time;
- Organise the repair and routine maintenance of production and set-up requirements;
- Supervise and monitor the work of junior staff;
- Ensure that ingress and egress are completed accurately, safely and efficiently according to the event requirements; and
- Take on any assigned tasks as needed with dedication.
Minimum Qualifications
- With at least two years of work experience as project manager;
- Preferrably graduate of Industrial Design, Engineering (undergraduate but with adequate experience) or the equivalent
- Strong analytical and planning skills;
- Good communication and presentation skills;
- Excellent problem-solving skills;
