Job Description
- Attend meetings related to the handled project;
- Understand client's brief;
- Scout possible suppliers and talents based on the quality and competetive quotes;
- Explain the project brief to all suppliers and talents;
- Provide list of payables and schedule of payments;
- Participate in the brainstorming and development of strategy on the project execution;
- Liaise all revisions to suppliers and talents;
- Make sure that the creative brief is met in the course of the project;
- Ensure that all financials are always on track;
- Utilize strong partnership skills with all the stakeholders of the project;
- Make sure that the agency is delivering quality outputs in every aspect of the project;
- Ensure that all assets are always being looked after;
- Document the project through photos, videos, survey forms, etc; and
- Perform other related duties and responsibilities as the need arise.
Minimum Qualifications
- Strong analytical and planning skills;
- Good communication and presentation skills;
- Excellent problem-solving skills;
- Can work under time pressure with minimal supervision;
- Willing to work on handled events during weekends
