Job Description
- Manage a portfolio of accounts
- Operate as the lead point of contact for any and all matters specific to the assigned account
- Develop relevant strategies for the project at hand
- Coordinate with the core internal team in developing concepts for projects
- Engage in project management duties
- Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives
- Using contacts to generate new business
- Identify and grow opportunities
Minimum Qualifications
- Proven account management skills or other relevant experience particularly in Marketing
- Demonstrate ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization
- Experience in delivering client-focused solutions based on customer needs
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects at a time while paying strict attention to detail
- Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- BA/BS degree or equivalent
