Job Description
An International Property Specialist acts as an area manager to the region or country he is assigned to. Hence, he must be able to keep a good balance with sales and recruitment of brokers. He is tasked to organize events abroad that aim to market properties of Ayala Land.
Minimum Qualifications
- Strong analytical and planning skills;
- Good communication and presentation skills;
- Excellent problem-solving skills;
- Strong international network;
- Advanced training and management skills;
- Must have previous travel experience;
- Willing to travel extensively
