Job Description
Come on board at our Service Center in Manila (Alabang) and create a great experience for the Lufthansa Group passengers even before taking off. Your working day in our office includes:
• Consulting passengers in all flight related questions,
• making flight reservations and booking special requests,
• offering support to travel agencies,
• supporting customers of Lufthansa’s loyalty program (Miles&More) and
• providing support in navigating on Lufthansa websites.
Minimum Qualifications
• Exceptional service orientation and experience in customer service
• Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written)
• Successful completion of secondary education
• Computer literate
• Flexibility to work with shifting schedules (24/7)
