Job Description
- Conduct needs analysis to properly identify the skills gap of the staff and the procedural gaps of the Club
- Design training modules and manage training projects that are deemed relevant to the objectives of the Learning and Development Section and Balesin Island Club;
- Ensure that the Customer Service Standard is implemented, continuously practiced, and maintained;
- Ensure that the Company Image is implemented, continuously practiced, and maintained;
- Other relevant duties and responsibilities that may be assigned from time to time.
Minimum Qualifications
- Must have at least a College/Bachelor's Degree; preferably in Human Resources Management, Industrial-Organizational Psychology, Hotel and Restaurant Management, Hospitality Management
- Must have at least two (2) years professional experience in Training and Development of a Resort/Hotel/Hospitality industry
- Preferably with 2 to 5 years professional experience in Training and Development
- Strong analytical and planning skills;
- Good communication and presentation skills;
- Excellent problem-solving skills;
