Job Description

Provide the clients of the biggest internet provider in US with variety of technical support through calls like internet connection issue, browser and email concerns or other IT related technology that include networking, dial-up and ADSL.

Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Provide clear inbound communication through telephone technical support
  • Identify the problems of customers quickly and precisely
  • Able to give clear and concise instructions and must have good customer service
