Account Manager  

We are currently seeking a rockstar (based in our Manila office) to be our Account Manager. This person will be reporting directly to the CEO and simply put, managing the overall success with our clients.

It is important that this individual has these key skills:

• Isn’t afraid to make mistakes

Ideally this person would have a background in digital marketing, and has been in a client servicing role before.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and "Quarterback" the digital team assigned to respective clients
• Act as the primary point of contact of our clients for all day to day questions and workflow
• Create and maintain the client's delivery assets including playbooks, file storage, project tasks, templates etc
• Regularly train and empower our clients with knowledge of the digital marketing practice, and how AllFamous works
• Responsible for the successful delivery of client's contracts and accountable for the overall success of the project
• Responsible for achieving an average of 4 in the quality surveys conducted to our clients (Net Promoter Score)
• Run internal delivery meetings
• Ensure client tasks are tracked and completed on time and to quality;
• Raise delivery risks and issues to management as they happen;
• Ensure reports are maintained and delivered on time;
• Manage delivery quality and customer feedback;
• Track all delivery expenses and maintain a profit and loss tracker for each client
• Run client meetings;
• Report on the status of tasks and issues to the client’
• Ensure client dashboards are up to date;
• Facilitate/traffic the answering of day to day questions
• Responsible for renewing clients and increasing their lifetime spend
• Responsible for ensuring clients pay their bills on time, manage overdue bills and managing account suspensions
• Expected to establish thought leadership and create a personal brand by regularly publishing blogs and content, speaking at events etc
• Expected to contribute to the overall success of the company outside of day to day responsibilities
• Expected to implement processes/methodology that will contribute to the growth of the company
