Job Description
Internal Collaboration (20%)
- Train and manage operations team and capabilities.
- Community management together with Marketing team including planning and execution of events and activities for all stakeholders affiliated to Algoritma.
Student Admission and Admin (20%)
- Admission processes and criteria improvements with Director.
- Call-for-Applications including planning and execution of online program applications, admissions, infosessions, and applications review.
Operations (20%)
- Analysis: Determine the success metrics for each students and gather data to assess and track each student’s success.
- Devise initiatives to increase student success. Partner with Business Development and Marketing departments to develop and create successful partnership, mentorship, and events.
- Serve as a concierge for our students, making sure we do everything we can to advance them.
- Work with students to understand their career path.
Finance & Accounting (40%)
- Review current business practice on regular basis and communicate to Tax Counsel should there is any potential tax risk might occurred in the future
- Evaluate impact of any tax update and communicate to the relevant department.
- Provide directions and ensure that company is operating in compliance with local tax regulation.
- Ensure all accounting records related to tax are timely, accurate, complete and reliable, as required by local tax regulation.
- Ensuring that internal controls as per company policies are being followed.
- Create and review annualy: Cash Flow, P&L, B/S, Financial Statements, Corporate income Tax and Deferred Tax Calculation.
- Create quarterly: Journal Entries, TB submission, B/S Flux analysis, Retro PO report, Income Tax and Deferred Tax reporting, and Tax reconciliation, Tax Package & Uncertain Tax Potion calculation.
- Leading corporate client through step by step financial and billing process and ensuring billing has been set up properly.
Minimum Qualifications
- Minimum of 2-4 years experience in program operations and overall general admin.
- At least 1 year experience in budget management, including the ability to facilitate strategic planning and prioritization processes for the work of People Operations
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Information Technology, or related field
- Strong interest in the discourse around technology, startups, entrepreneurship, venture capital
- Understanding of Indonesian Tax Law
- Pro active, flexible, and be willing to take on any project and deliver on time, large or small - including setting up for events and cleaning as needed
- Experience working in an iterative environment including giving and receiving feedback
- Comfortable with a minimal amount of direction but high expectations and attention to detail
- Fits the Algoritma’s Indonesia culture (people-oriented, adaptable, supportive, creative)
- High integrity, strong in multitasking, communications, good problem solving (critical, strategic and evaluative thinking), time management, interpersonal skills, and able to work independently or within a team.
- Demonstrated strong written and oral communication skills, and presentation skills
- Demonstrated project management, time management, and organizational skills.
- Strong analytical skills, including intermediate to advanced proficiency in Excel
- Experience querying data, data manipulation and report generation
