Job Description
Business Analyst main tasks will include performing detailed requirements analysis, documenting processes, and performing some user acceptance testing. To succeed in this role, one is expected to have a natural analytical way of thinking and be able to explain difficult concepts to non-technical users.
Key Responsibilities
- Evaluating business processes, anticipating requirements, uncovering areas for improvement, and developing and implementing solutions.
- Leading ongoing reviews of business processes and developing optimization strategies.
- Conducting meetings and presentations to share ideas and findings.
- Performing requirements analysis.
- Effectively communicating the insights and plans to cross-functional team members and management.
- Gathering critical information related to business from meetings with various stakeholders and producing useful reports.
- Working closely with clients, developer & creative team, and managerial staff.
- Ensuring solutions meet business needs and requirements.
- Involve in user acceptance testing and planning.
- Helping to prioritize initiatives based on business needs and requirements.
- Able to defining story point & providing input for technical.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in information technology, software engineering, computer science, or related field.
- Have at least 1,5 years of experience in business analyst and related areas.
- Exceptional analytical, conceptual and critical thinking skills.
- The ability to influence stakeholders and work closely with them to determine acceptable solutions.
- Excellent documentation skills.
- Fundamental analytical and conceptual thinking skills.
- Experience creating detailed reports and giving presentations.
- A track record of following through on commitments.
- Able to working onsite At Aleph's ID Office at Gatotsubroto, Jakarta.
