Job Description
The successfully candidate will provide support primarily with internal customers (other departments) and interact with external parties (vendors)
- Ensures that new application systems are implemented smoothly through project and requirements management
- Ensures that all IT incidents and charge request are handled in a timely and appropriate manner by managing the Local Help or Service Desk, both internal and external parties
- Ensures smooth systems operations by managing, coordinating or delivering systems maintenance of local systems and ERP
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree holder, preferably in Information Technology or Computer Science
- At least 3 experience in Application development and IT Project Management (SDLC, WBS, Project Charter, others)
- Knowledgeable in SAP (SD, FI, PP, MM process in SAP)
Required Skills:
- Proficient in MS Office applications
- Business Analysis (Workflows, Role & Responsibility Matrix)
- Relational Database (SQL statement, Data Modelling using ERD)
- Excellent oral and written communication skills to convey information effectively
