Ad Operations Lead  

The Team Leader reports to the Operations Manager, and is responsible to lead a team of Media Planners, Ad Traffickers, Optimizers and/or Sales Coordinators to manage day-to-day operations. He/She will works with the Digital Design Team (Ad Ops) throughout the project life cycle, to support the design, development and implementation of campaigns/orders. Also, oversees the production process
and act as liaison between clients, internal and external sales representatives, managers and other cross-functional departments.

This position shall also performs mentoring and monitoring of all Service Level Agreements (SLA). Also responsible for daily administrative tasks such as but not limited to creating reports, attendance and behavioral monitoring.

Job Specifications:

• Degree holder with at least 3 years of experience in online marketing, digital advertising, mobile or related environment (DSP)
• Experience in developing and implementing various digital advertising strategies
• Must have solid understanding of marketing principles, audience targeting and data collection methods.
• Knowledgeable on agency and publisher advertisement tags, performance metrics for advertising campaigns, scheduling and reporting preparation.
• Must demonstrate exceptional leadership capabilities

• Proficient in MS Office and Google Editors
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Comfortable making decision and executing task in a fast-paced environment.
