Job Description
- Bridge the client to the agency by making sure that needs and requirements are met
- Assist the Accounts Team for servicing
- Orient all departments involved in conceptualizing marketing plans required by the client
- Supervise the progress of deliverables required by the client
- Negotiate project arrangement including program and budget
- Serve as the main contact person for the client, who must deliver constant development updates, and must attend to requests and demands
- Submit complete, accurate, and timely documents and reports to the client
- Handle budget, manage campaign costs and assist in invoicing clients
- Keep records for following up invoices
- Socialize with the client in meetings or events
- Maintain good and harmonious relationships with clients by achieving objectives and keeping them satisfied with quality outputs
Minimum Qualifications
- A graduate of Advertising, Marketing, or equivalent.
- Excellent communication skills (oral and written)
- Keen to details
- At least one (1) year working experience
- Willing to work around Ortigas, Pasig City
