Job Description
Primarily Responsible in:
- Event Management
- Basic Incident Management Service Restoration
- Telecom Service Management
- RMA Processing
Minimum Qualifications
- Basic knowledge of common network protocols such as BGP, EIGRP, OSPF, FTP EIGRP, MPLS, HSRP, STP, and others
- Experience with infrastructure monitoring and management tools such as CA Spectrum, Solarwinds, Splunk, Voyence, NetQoS, JunoSpace, etc.
- Ability to successfully interface with a wide range of personnel within the organization, telecom providers, and vendors with a positive, helpful attitude.
- Experience in infrastructure / operation support processes and working knowledge of ITIL
- Knowledgeable in process improvement methodology
- CCNA and/or JNCIA Certified
- Strong analytical and planning skills
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Excellent problem-solving skills
Licenses and Certifications
- Cisco Certified Network Associate
Preferred Courses
- Information Technology
- Associate in Computer Science [Programming & Cisco Networking Technology] (Two-Year Program)
