Job Description
The Architect's / Draftsman's main duty is to provide layouts, designs, and detailed technical drawings on AutoCAD based on the company's given standards and the client's requirements. This may include the ff. duties:
- Liaise with the Project Managers and/or Engineers with regards to the required design specifications
- Provide necessary CAD drawings from concept to handover
- Able to attend meetings for the Project Management Team, oversee material testing, and address concerns of site personnel
- Carry out site inspections to oversee plans are properly executed accordingly
- Follow company quality control procedures and promote and maintain health and safety across projects
- Other projects instructed by Project Management
Minimum Qualifications
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree
- Professional License is a plus,but not a requirement for the job post
- Knowledgeable on MS Office and AutoCAD
- Willing and able to work in Quezon City
