Responsibilities:

• Identify the Problem – Talk to them. Read between the lines. Root cause analysis. Get the requirements.
• Determine the solution - Make the Design. Don’t think outside the box. There is no box. We don’t sell more problems. We only sell solutions.
• Write the Code – Just keep writing.. don’t get stuck.
• Test the Code – and test and test…. Keep your notes and docs legible.
• Accept the compliments – Be ready to be praised by your manager for the wonderful work you have done. Don’t act surprised when the client runs over to you to give a bear hug. - Yeah.. nothing to it. You’re welcome… My pleasure as always…
• Do it all over again – Enough said.
