Job Description
- Responsible in posting of deposits and withdrawals in their respective ledgers and updating of passbook.
- Acceptance and posting of new members on VAIS System.
- Processes request for transfer of members from/to other branches.
- Serves as the supply custodian of the branch.
- Daily balancing of Savings, RD, and SCC Common and Preferred.
- Daily posting of accounting entries on Savings, RD, and SCC Common and Preferred.
- Balancing of daily transaction.
- Prepares monthly report on Supplies, Savings, RD, and SCC Common and Preferred.
Minimum Qualifications
- Strong analytical and planning skills;
- Good communication and presentation skills;
- Excellent problem-solving skills;
