Job Description
- Provide high-level accounting support
- Full cycle bookkeeping
- Helps in preparing accounting process and flow chart
- Helps in providing valuable suggestions to maintain effective accounting process
- Perform Inventory Management and Control
- Provide support to Accounting and overall inventory related tasks
- Check and balance of accounting and inventory documents
- Seeks and recommend ways on how to improve inventory control systems
- Will assists on physical counts and other inventory related job assignments
- Perform other accounting duties as needed
- Perform other related tasks from time to time
Minimum Qualifications
- Strong analytical and planning skills
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Excellent computer skills (Microsoft Word/Excel)
- Professional presentation and conduct
- Must be responsible and self-managed
- Must be detail oriented
- Good time management & administrative skills
- Ability to communicate effectively
