- Prepare accurate income tax returns for corporations (Form 1120)
- Send draft of the tax return to client along with information request
- Update and review the tax return according to the client’s response
- Send completed tax return to Tax Director for final review
- Assist with set up of tax workpapers as needed
- Assist with researching tax issues to identify solutions
- Assist with other tax requirements throughout the year (e.g., 1099’s, W-8’s, DE Franchise Reports, Extensions, etc.)
- Offer support and guidance to clients’ questions throughout the year
- Keep track of industry trends and changes related to taxes
Minimum Qualifications
- Willing to work partly on US hours during 1st month of employment and during critical business instances
- Is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA)
- Has at least 1 year of US Corporate Income Tax experience
- Has high awareness in dealing cautiously with sensitive information
- Trainable to new processes with strong attention to detail and excellent analytical skills
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
- Highly motivated and desire to grow with the company
