Job Description
- Monitor Quality team's performance on Quality monitoring and provide feedback.
- Consistently meet Service Levels Agreements based on end-to-end model.
- Coordinate and delegate work to the team members fairly.
- Communicate with the Manager with regard to specific issues relating to clients.
- Participate on client calls per Manager's requirements.
- Process client requests, complaints, and concerns as priority.
- Meet clients' expectations at all times.
- Meet and maintain the quality standards of the SLA.
- Audit team members work and provide constructive feedback.
- Constantly follow up with Operations on error patterns and identify process issues and provide solutions to fix.
- Review QC associate performance periodically.
Minimum Qualifications
- Graduate of BS Nursing.
- Has an active PHRN license.
- At least 1 year of work experience in a similar role.
- Amenable to work on different shifts and holidays.
- Willing to work in McKinley Hill Taguig, City.
