Job Description
- Schedule candidates for interview
- Handle on-boarding preparations & requirements (orientation kit, ID, reference checking, psychological exams, statutory benefits enrollments, 201 creation etc.)
- Manage the online learning platform
- Coordinate & organize company activities
- Handle the day-to-day backroom requirements and administration of the office
Minimum Qualifications
- Experience in HR and Admin is an advantage
- Highly analytical with keen attention to details
- Computer literate
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- With strong organizational skills
