Job Description

Innovation best practices
- Research and identify leading innovation methods.
Develop skills
- Build expertise in innovation methods and train others.
Support Business Units
- Facilitate Innovations efforts at the operational level
Idea Generation
- Implement programs to identify ideas to pursue (internal / external)
Maintain a database of 'orphan' ideas that are not supported by an operating unit, for future development.
Implement the resource allocation process for approving innovation projects.
Monitor progress of Project Teams and implement interventions to keep the project on track.
Document the process on methodology applied to the creation of the product/ service.

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business related course or equivalent in relevant work experience.
Preferably with two years of previous work related experience.
Preferably with experience in Business Model Canvas, Lean Start Up Method, and Design Thinking.
Excellent computer skills including Microsoft Office applications.
Excellent appreciation of the Digital Native mindset.
Demonstrated excellence in time management skills.
Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills.
Results oriented with a strong drive to succeed.
Ability to work in a team fostered environment and manage multidisciplinary teams that are not direct reports
Ability to work in a multi-tasked environment.
Ability to prioritize and organize work.
Ability to adapt to a flexible schedule.
