Job Description
- Lead the Strategy, development and implementation of our upcoming rewards program
- Own all project management surrounding the program
- Oversee the cross functional execution of project milestones while maintaining the project timeline
- Support the development of rewards prgram initiatives with robust research and analysis around customer behaviors
- Develop a prioritized roadmap of benefits, services and rewards to test through the expansion of the program continuing to build on performance and learnings
- Regularly analyze and report on the program performance and its key financial metrics to provide recommendations for improvement and testing
Minimum Qualifications
- At least 10 years of experience in a Payment, Rewards related role
- Track record of working and negotiations with merchants of loyalty programs
- Preferred technical background
- Strong Project Management
- Ability to interact, negotiate, and coordinate effectively with internal and external business partners
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to go deep on numbers and pull out relevant key isnights
- Highly organized and can seamlessly manage ultiple conversations and timelines
