Data Delivery Manager  

The Data Delivery Head works closely with a Data Delivery Team responsible for designing, delivering, and maintaining the data structures and data elements needed for Enterprise Customer Data and Big Data platforms.

He/She should maintain the data glossary as sources and attributes of the Customer Database is added and modified. He/She works with the Head of Data Governance to align data dictionary and the processes of the Enterprise Customer Database (ECD).

He/She is responsible for managing a pool of data delivery programmers in terms of workload; strategies and logic formulation; project management; and coaching and mentoring. He/She should be knowledgeable in analytics packages -- preferably SAS and open source programming languages.

He/She is overall responsible for the delivery of clean data in the most efficient way to his/her external customers, primarily the Analytics team.

• Data collection and data preparation of customer information for use of Analytics and other internal customers
• Develops, maintains, unit tests and evaluates data solutions within and across ABS-CBN organizations.
• Validates customer data if according to agreed and defined business rules
• Documents test results and reporting status of the activities
• Execution of regular and ad hoc reports required by the business. Making sure data delivery requirements are completed as planned.
• Operates the data delivery operations for ECD.
• Formulates strategies for database programming. He/She is expected to lead the programming and expected to program as well.

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Computer Science or Software Engineering, or related fields
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Able to work with cloud computing environments
• Able to work in teams and collaborate with others to clarify requirements
• Able to document requirements as well as resolve conflicts or ambiguities
• Knowledgeable in different programming or scripting languages like PL/SQL, Visual Basic, C++, PHP, and DataStage and QualityStage and SAS
• Able to manage a team and to work with different partners
