Job Description
POSITION SUMMARY
Responsible for managing the overall ABS-CBN Public Service messaging and brand image and identity to internal and external stakeholders.
Works closely with a multi-functional group within ABS-CBN for communicating the company message to the media, investors, and the public.
MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES
1. Corporate Branding
- Promotes the overall ABS-CBN Public Service brand to stakeholders
- Helps in securing all units within the organization abide by the public service brand image of the company in terms of messaging, values, visual identity, etc.
- Crafts branding documents for corporate initiatives, programs, and projects
- Lends support for other corporate products that require marketing assistance.
- Provides recommendations on the different kinds of executions that other servicing platforms may implement
- Manages brand essences to help a brand’s stakeholders to take an enlightened look at all aspects of their brand to direct and enhance the brand experience. Discusses, defines, and distills the ideas of the stakeholders to be able to come up with the BAS & BVP.
2. Corporate Messaging and Campaigns
- Crafts and designs corporate campaigns to set the direction for the promotion of public service initiatives and steer the various subsidiaries and/or divisions in their executions for particular corporate events
- Preferably with digital marketing and digital media planning experience with the ability to develop digital campaign plans including all aspect of digital media and align with overall integrated marketing strategy.
3. Internal Corporate Initiatives
- Leads in designing corporate programs to promote the public service programs and advocacies
- Works closely with internal groups to mobilize key corporate initiatives
4. Understands and analyzes marketing KPIs, develops scorecards and reports on results and key initiatives to senior management and other stakeholders
5. Takes the lead in crafting presentations, decks and speeches used for both internal and external presentations
6. Keeps up-to-date on digital marketing trends and developments, including attending conference and industry events.
Minimum Qualifications
- BA/BS Degree in marketing, business, public relations, communications and advertising
- At least 4- 5 years in marketing communications, strategic planning, brand management or any of the related fields in the areas indicated above
- Skills: Strategy, Communication and presentation; Knowledge on how to utilize multiple media touchpoints; Leadership and people management; Project management; Strong interpersonal skills - able to establish rapport with people from different backgrounds, positions, and sectors
- Character trails: Team player and collaborative; With a heart for public service
