Job Description
This position shall be responsible for managing the necessary shared services and support to the Supply Chain Management to ensure attainment of SCM and company objectives by:
- managing SCM contracts and documents management system;
- maintaining an efficient contract administration services to support SCM’s needs;
- Maintains a suite of contract templates (including their updates) cleared by AEV Legal and provides guidelines on appropriate use of these templates
- Ensures that the critical contracts are signed by contracting parties
- Participates in contract roll-outs and contract kick-offs to facilitate understanding of the contract terms.
- Validates accuracy of high level terms submitted by strategic sourcing specialists together with contracts executed.
- Ensures executed critical contracts are submitted to CDMG for safekeeping and monitoring, including any addendum or approved contract charges
- Ensures compliance to contract requirements, in collaborations with stakeholders, on securities, bonds, insurances, and vendor performance appraisals and maintains custody of these documents
- Manages the expiries of critical contracts including the contractual documents submitted by issuing regular reports and collaborating with contract implementors / owners to check if contracts are to be renewed, extended or terminated.
- Creates and maintains document management system of SCM documents such as contracts, vendor accreditation documents, etc.
- Regularly communicates plans and progress to the whole SCM Sector to ensure alignment.
- Supports the various teams of the SCM group to attain their targets and objectives policies.
Minimum Qualifications
- Professional: Experience in SCM or related fields is preferred
- Leadership Experience: Required
- Project Experience: Not Required
- Any 4-year business related or Behavioral Science course
- No license required
- Strong analytical and planning skills;
- Good communication and presentation skills;
- Excellent problem-solving skills;
