Job Description
The Employer Branding Specialist is responsible for the proper execution of employer branding content strategy and initiatives aligned with 1AP’s employee value proposition (EVP), with the goal of building a strong employer brand image to be the top-of-mind of our target talents as an employer of choice and building and enhancing the Aboitiz candidate experience.
- Contributes to the Employer Brand initiatives through campaign ideation, content gathering, content creation and campaign execution in order to effectively communicate AboitizPower’s employer value proposition to external and internal stakeholders
- Ensures the increase of 1AP talent community members that will support 1AP’s strategic workforce plans, as well ascontributes in the ideation and implementation of engagement programs that will engage members of the
talent communities - Initiates, secures, and maintains partnerships with educational and professional institutions in order to promote the company’s Employer Brand and build talent communities including event management and preparation and delivery of career talks for engagement and networking activities
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in any 4-year business related course
- At least 2 to 3 years relevant experience in recruitment and employer branding and digital marketing
- Preferably with basic knowledge on graphic and video-editing applications and software
- Has experience creating contents, implementation and analytics
