Talent Attraction Manager - Candidate Management  

The Talent Attraction Manager - Candidate Management is responsible for overseeing the end to end recruitment process that builds and enhances the Aboitiz candidate experience. It covers oversight of effective sourcing, engaging, selecting and onboarding candidates for staff, professionals and executive roles as scoped for internal clients’ requirements.

Key Responsibilities include:

• Direct handling of executive recruitment supporting VP Talent Attraction
• Matrix oversight of Rank and File to Managerial Talent recruitment for AEV business units
• Working with internal teams and hiring managers to assist with recruitment efforts
• Assisting with both external and internal hiring efforts
• Developing effective recruitment approaches that include job posting optimization, seamless and systematic pooling and deployment of talent pools
• Defining and implementing the right sourcing mix for the group
• Identifying future talent needs and proactively recruit and source
• Manage the candidate management process to build and enhance our employment process and perception internally and externally
• Ensure the recruitment process and life-cycle, including initial assessments, interviews, and offers are designed and deployed effectively

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, any field; Master's degree is highly desirable
• Required skill(s): Candidate Management.
• At least 7 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Preferably Assistant Manager / Managers specializing in Human Resources or equivalent.
