Writers | English or Journalism Graduates | Entry Level | Cebu  

This role is looking for Writers to write, publish, and maintain partner and consumer-facing documentation. Work ranges from making small edits to existing content, to creating entire Help Centers. Handle multiple projects to meet our turnaround time expectations, while also maintaining high-quality content

• Create high-quality reference, support, and how-to articles
• Closely collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) to identify knowledge gaps in content
• Draft, develop, and publish content

Here’s what you’ll need:

• Bachelor’s degree in English, Journalism or Mass Comm or other related fields
• Keen writing and editing ability
• Ability to write according to our internal style guide
• Excellent communication skills
• Project management skills
• Customer service skills

Bonus points if you have:

• Experience working within a content management system and/or basic HTML
