We’re looking for a Senior Recruitment Manager, what does it take to become one?
Think of yourself as the person who is responsible for leading the recruitment team and ensure compliance and control of all recruitment operations activities and processes. Execute Sourcing, scouting and candidate screening processes including Supplier Relationship Management and Recruiting channels.

As a Senior Recruitment Manager, you will act as the SME for hiring and partner with recruitment teams to identify key challenges and work towards implementable solution. Work with Marketing and Communications team through GU Recruitment Team on external branding and candidate experience. Collaborate with business, HR and Recruitment leadership to drive supply-demand planning to meet overall business objectives
