Job Description
- Responsible for the development,of training courses to ensure these are alight with the latest trends and best practices in the maritime industry.
- Monitors the implementation of the training course and its effectiveness.
- Maintains and improves training existing training courses.
Minimum Qualifications
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Journalism, Economics, Education/Teaching/Training, Humanities/Liberal Arts or equivalent.
- At least 1-2 years related work experience preferably teacher/trainer by profession and coming from Training Center or Maritime Shipping Industry
- Strong analytical and planning skills;
- Good communication and presentation skills;
- Excellent problem-solving skills;
