Creative Project Coordinator  

We are looking for a highly agile Creative Project Coordinator (Project Associate) who's strongly passionate about accounts and project management.

The successful candidate is expected to join the company.

• Manage multiple clients and projects related to multimedia arts, web development and other service lines.
• Perform project scoping, estimates and create proposals.
• Participate in pitches to brands and attend to client calls outside office.
• Write content or scripts, as needed.
• Prepare critical path schedule for projects and ensure deadlines are met.
• Collaborate with various project stakeholders (clients, designers and developers) to ensure expectations and responsibilities are aligned.
• Perform User Acceptance Testing to ensure all requirements are met before project turnover to client.
• Write documentation and lead client trainings related to service deployed.
• Improve and monitor compliance of internal processes related to project management and operations.

• Excellent English communication skills, both oral and written.
• Has passion for accounts and project management for multimedia arts and web development projects.
• Has strong problem-solving skills and a very strong attention to detail.
• Highly organized.
• Comfortable talking with clients and doing presentations.
• Able to translate technical information in layman’s terms.
• Able to multitask and can gracefully handle pressure.
• Willing to learn high-level technical processes.
• Willing to work in Makati.

Preferred but not required qualifications:

• 1 year + relevant work experience are preferred. However, fresh graduates with above average academic standing are welcome to apply.
• Applicants with experience in managing projects and/or using project management softwares are preferred.
• Basic knowledge of HTML / Wordpress.
• Course: Multimedia Arts, Mass Communications / Communication Arts, Computer Applications, Information Systems, Business Management, Marketing.
