Job Description
- Prepares financial and feasibility studies of proposed commercial projects;
- Oversee preparation of reports, renewal of contracts of tenants and occupancy of IA commercial areas;
- Review existing policies and prepare recommendation on BMD operation;
- Prepare the terms of reference for the occupancy of IA commercial areas for bidding purpoese, yearly budget of the division as well as business correspondence;
- Consolidate information for the analysis of financial plan;
- Prepare recommendation on various requests of clients/tenants;
- Perform other tasks as may be assigned from time to time.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree relevant to the job
- 2 years of relevant experience
- 8 hours of relevant training

The Intramuros Administration (IA) is a national government agency created on April 10, 1979 under Presidential Decree 1616. It is tasked to restore the Walled City of Intramuros and develop it into a prime urban tourist destination.
IA's objective is to make this "city within a city" socially, economically, and culturally viable again while keeping pace with modernization.
