Product Development Associate  

The Product Development Project Associate is responsible for providing support in planning, designing, developing and piloting training products and programs, including relevant training materials and tools, to ZFF internal and partnership training programs. S/he is in-charge of gathering and analyzing training and development needs, translating them into training products or programs anchored on program goals or performance objectives and in compliance to institutional product development protocols/processes. S/he facilitates pilot-testing of developed designs and materials and necessary iterations based from quality assurance feedback and findings.

• Bachelor’s degree with formal training on training fundamentals, learning and development design, training evaluation, facilitating learning and development methods, training management
• At least 24 units of Masteral Studies in functionally-relevant field like Public Health, preferable but not required
• At least 7 years related experiences with successful or demonstrated experience or equivalent in public health and local health systems, learning and development including training management, training design and evaluation, training facilitation and project management
• At least 3 years supervisory experience; with direct experience in managing professional employees or teams
• At least competent to exemplar competencies in training needs analysis and evaluation, training design and development, training facilitation, training planning and management, strategic thinking, problem-solving, data analysis, coaching, project management; with competencies eligible for Level 3 Bridging Leadership Trainer Certification
