Training Management Associate | Learning and Development  

LEARNING AND DEVELOPMENT ASSOCIATE responsible for managing ZFF’s certification programs and accreditation directions, with the guidance of the Quality Assurance and Certification manager. S/he is in-charge of administering all aspects of the BL Trainer and BL Coach Certification Programs – assessments (written, skills and practicum), monitoring and program enhancements.

S/he also facilitates the certification or accreditation of identified training programs to relevant certifying or accrediting bodies and works with the Quality Assurance and Certification manager to ensure requirements are met, implemented with continuing quality and risk management and certified or accredited status maintained throughout the program or project cycle.

• Bachelor’s degree with working knowledge and understanding on certification and accreditation, learning and development including training management, training design and evaluation, training facilitation and project management
• Formal training on credentialing and at least 12 units of Masteral Studies in functionally-relevant field like Public Health, preferable but not required
• Has knowledge and understanding on certification and accreditation, learning and development including training management, training design and evaluation, training facilitation and project management
• At least capable competencies in strategic thinking, interpersonal skills, project management, monitoring and evaluation; with competencies eligible for Level 2 Bridging Leadership Trainer Certification
• At least 2 years related experiences with successful or demonstrated experience or equivalent in training management, focusing on training certification and program management (including concepts, practices and processes)
