Junior IOS Developer  

• Design and build applications for iOS
• Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications
• Collaborate with a team to define, design, and ship new features
• Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs
• Help maintain code quality, organization, and automatization
• Proficient in Swift, with a good knowledge of its ecosystems
• Solid understanding of object-oriented programming
• Good knowledge of performance limits and characteristics
• Knowledge of memory management and multi-threading
• Experience with embedded databases and other system datastores
• Experience with mapping and GPS tracking a plus
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs to connect to back-end services

• Located outside Metro Manila, Work From Home
• With deep familiarity with Swift, MVVM, and Unit/UI testing, including modern syntax and blocks
• Experience with iOS SDK performance tools and optimization techniques.
• Experience consuming RESTful JSON APIs and web sockets
• Good sense of UI design and a user-oriented focus
• Understanding of Apple’s design principles and interface guidelines
• 3+ years’ experience of developing iOS apps.
• Hybrid Development of Software and Hardware is a plus
• Ability to work from our office in BGC. Some flexibility will be to have work from home days.

We are looking for an experienced IOS developer to join our team. Someone who can join our friendly and extremely smart team of developers to assist with building and maintaining an IOS application. The project will involve building an application which uses a large amount of mapping and GPS data and used by a worldwide customer base.
