Finance and Accounting Manager  

We Are Looking for someone to manage our finance, accounting & tax matters as follows:

• Leading day-to-day accounting, financial and tax reporting functions. Working closely with the senior leadership team to manage financial operations.
• Manage all accounting and tax operations including Billing, A/R, A/P, Revenue & Cost Recognition as well as tax reporting.
• Lead preparation of consolidated financial reports, management, and investor reports, reviewing and providing insightful analysis relating to key business decisions and performance (Financial Analytics Dashboard).
• Provide guidance and advice and make decisions to deal with complex accounting issues and ensure reporting requirements are met as well all transaction matters that relates with the business flow.
• Develop relevant Policies; develop and document business processes and accounting policies to maintain and strengthen internal controls. Work with the management team to review, improve and tighten internal controls and processes.
• Presentation of financial reports and management information to senior management.
• Support the CFO in the management of the cash flow, financing planning, financial forecasting and arrangements, as well as the development of cash flow projections.
• Ensuring any audit requirements are met

• Bachelors degree from a reputable University in Accounting with minimum 5 years experiences.
• Understanding and work experience in Indonesian Tax System.
• Qualified accountant with experience of working within a Big 4 auditor a plus.
• Able to handle ambiguity and adapt to rapidly changing circumstances in a fast-paced environment. Demonstrates resilience in challenging situations.
• Fluent in English and Indonesian
• Understand accrual accounting
