Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- We are looking for detail-oriented Finance Associate to lead in our capital raising initiatives who will be managing account records, revising and updating financial reports, and preparing financial data.
- You will be developing various types of financial models for capital raising transactions, and perform various valuation methods - comparable companies, precedents, and DCF.
- You will be working closely with the CEO and together will craft investors decks, financial models, and be the liaison officer between the company and potential investors.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Must possess a Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, or in any related field (CFA is preferred)
- With at least 3 years of experience working as a finance associate, investment banking experience is preferred
- Superb organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills
- Great analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Exceptional attention to detail
