Operations Manager  

Due to the rapid growth of zennya, we are in urgent need of a logistics and operations professional with excellent leadership skills, who can drive logistics, supply chain management, and operations. The person will be responsible for coordinating the logistics of all supply chain efforts and making recommendations to improve productivity, quality, and efficiency of operations. We are looking for a self-motivated team player who is interested in joining and contributing to a high-impact startup.

WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU:

• Work with the management team in aligning operations with business objectives.
• Handle the company's supply chain and logistics processes as well as customer service operations with the goal of optimizing operational efficiency, productivity and sustained customer happiness with the brand.
• Evaluate and improve current processes by establishing and implementing systems innovations with regard to inventory management, forecasting supply needs in relation to sales, and life-cycle/shelf-life monitoring of assets and equipment.
• Implement strategic procurement including sourcing strategy, supplier selection and evaluation, and quality management.
• Negotiate pricing, terms and agreements with vendors and suppliers.
• Identify process bottleneck and implement solutions in a timely manner.
• Identify and implement strategies to improve overall service quality, product delivery and distribution.
• Define and analyze metrics that inform the success of products and services.
• Monitor customer feedback and become attentive to customer needs and slips in standards with the objective of identifying key levers that have the greatest impact on quality maintenance, operational efficiencies and unlocking of opportunities.
• Generate weekly and monthly reporting and conduct capacity and performance analysis using data analytics.
• Collaborate with People and Sales teams.

WE TYPICALLY LOOK FOR THE FOLLOWING REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor's Degree in any field from a top university.
• Knowledge in or expertise in process improvement and/or operations
• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written). High level of English is a must.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
• Good organizational skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• A highly analytical mind and a strong business insight directed toward a commitment to optimization and efficiency.
