Art Director  

Zenius Education is the pioneer for Education Technology (EdTech) in Indonesia since 2004, founded by teachers passionate about learning, problem-solving, and establishing strong foundations on scientific thinking. From our early beginnings releasing DVDs, to launching a website in 2010, we developed a strong following for our educational content through our teaching methods.

We have now released our powerful content library of more than 80,000 videos into our mobile app in June 2019, and the company has just received seed funding from investors. We are about to embark on a hyper-growth phase to accelerate great learning outcomes for K-12 students in Indonesia.

We are looking for an Art Director with innovative thinkers and have an amazing experience in creative design. As an Art Director, you'll be responsible to deliver creative concepts and strategies for the Digital Marketing Team, also handle timelines and build better processes in the Creative Team. You are expected to be creative design-savvy, a team player, a creative thinker, and a strong communicator.

What You Will Be Doing

• Establish art direction and provide further guidance to the design and production team through additional execution phases
• Drive visual solutions that meet business and user needs by representing the brand via typography, photography, videography, color, illustration, and other factors
• Participate in brainstorming sessions for digital campaigns and marketing directives
• Provide feedback on artwork and timelines to help ensure assets are delivered on time as well as to our quality standards
• Routinely make a daily report to the Head of Digital Marketing based on creative activities.

• 5 years proven experience working in Art Director, Digital Creative, or similar roles
• Thorough understanding of graphic design, page layout, typography, photography, vibrant colors, and illustration techniques
• Proficiency with image manipulation, color-correction, digital editing, an all around photoshop wizard
• Firm understanding of high-level brand strategy, industry trends and design principles
• Fluent in English, both spoken and written - an excellent communicator, able to communicate and build rapport effectively with all members of the organization.
