Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Drive and achieve business growth by developing and maintaining a dynamic and effective sales team to meet company targets.
- Plan, develop and implement excellent sales initiatives, strategies, and programs.
- Manage, develop, coach, and motivate the sales team to develop their skill in order to achieve excellent service and high professional standards.
- Manage the day to day operations and requirements of the team including issues related to sales management
- Provide continuous effort to improve operation, streamline work processes and implementation of company policies and procedures.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, Engineering (Mechanical/Electrical/Electronics/Civil), Business Studies/Administration/Management, or equivalent.
- With 1 - 2 years managerial experience in office sales administration and key account management, preferably in the Ventilation and Equipment Supply, Electrical Distribution, General Builder & Construction Management, or equivalent
- Strong people management capability in coaching, developing and supervising a team
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
